Update from our host John Riley - October 5th.
As of 3rd October, delighted to say that we have 56 members attending. I would really like 60 people at least to make 6 tables of 10, so please contact me if you wish to join us.
I understand that Hintlesham Hall still has around 6 rooms available at a specially discounted rate of £175 per room B&B - no deposit is required, payment in full on departure. Please call the Hotel direct to book your room 01473 652334.
I expect to circulate the menu very soon and shall be pleased if you will make your choices, returning to me a.s.a.p. and pay £65 per head (£130 per couple) into The Folkmog Bank account.
When sending out the menus I will remind people of the timings and dress code etc.
Could I please ask that you bring a little cash along on the evening as we usually give a tip to the waiting staff, suggesting £10 per couple. A committee member will collect on the evening over dinner.
Pam & I are really looking forward to welcoming you all to our very special evening at Hintlesham Hall, to get us all truly in the Christmas spirit.
